I pretty much agree with the other reviews. The game for 99 cents is an excellent bargain to enjoy a very long and difficult game. But some of the (pre) puzzle scenario clues were not very logical in relation to the puzzle you were attempting to solve. EX: tiles you needed that were located in places that made no sense to leading you to the location to find it. Some are located places in the game that require you to click on every inch of the screen to find. Also - yes, the game is too dark. But easy fix - Turn up the brightness setting a bit on your device when playing. Also - read reviews in the Lite version about the game being broken - ex: tiles not sliding -thats because they werent supposed to - they needed to be turned when located other pieces - user error - the game worked Flawless for me - no prob at all. I would still recommend this game if you enjoy a real challenge that goes beyond typical hidden object challenge games. . .

Loved this game, it was masterful in so many ways. Im a producer of several horror films that have been in theaters in nearly every country. I thought Id seen it all, having seen soooo many films, to the point of almost being jaded to fright and scares. BUT THIS GAME SCARED ME in a lot of scenes!! Very well done, Redbit! Now where is Haunted Manor 3...?!?! :) Im really looking forward to it. (My only suggestion is to have an editor - one who speaks English as their first language - for what is written in the description of an item or a room; far too many grammatical errors, misspelled words, repeated words, etc. This looks unprofessional when youve not spent enough time reviewing these mistakes before release. Here it is well over a year since release date, several updates made, but still you have these typographical mistakes. Just trying to help!)

Id have given it 5 stars but after playing it all the way through and admittedly having to ask others for help occasionally because it is super challenging. I was finally on the last task and the game got stuck, unable to complete even with help. It looks like the only way I could ever replay this game that I paid for, is to delete and reinstall it...Im not real happy.

I really enjoyed the first Haunted Manor; this one not as much. The puzzles are a lot more difficult and not nearly as intuitive. I found I had to use the appunwrapper walkthrough to complete several of the puzzles. I like a challenging game if the puzzles make sense, but I found this game frustrating.

Your game is broken, when I get to the part with the jars of "CH3" and everything in the science room, the jars that you NEED to grab in order to beat the game, it wont let me grab them, so if I better get feedback in 1 month

Needle missing from sewing machine in tailors room, so unable to remove ring. Prevents me from completing game. No response from app dev

Great graphics, lots of rooms and objects to interact with, descent storyline. Had to use the walk through a couple of times to figure out which step I was missing, but good puzzles and plenty of them
